Good Feeling Products (GFP) stands for high-quality natural cosmetics from the family business. The company develops skin and hair care products based on natural ingredients, the centrepiece of which is the innovative GFP Complex® made from tinder sponge. As an animal-free company, GFP combines scientific expertise with sustainability and ethical responsibility.
The challenge
The particular challenge lay in the complexity of invoicing across different countries. GFP needed a system that could automatically process orders from the e-commerce system and take into account the different requirements of the target markets. Of particular importance was the management of three different billing accounts for different countries and the automatic calculation of country-specific shipping costs. In addition, it was necessary to manage special invoice number ranges for certain order types.

The middleware we have developed automates the entire invoicing process from start to finish. The system automatically recognises when an order is marked as "dispatched" and immediately generates the corresponding invoice. The order data is processed intelligently: The software assigns each order to the correct country account, calculates the appropriate shipping costs and sends the finalised invoice directly to the customer.
