Safetyworx365 is a multilingual Learning Management System (LMS) built for construction workers in Germany, offering DGUV-compliant safety instructions. It simplifies workforce training in six languages and integrates built-in CRM features for business operations, contact management, and compliance reporting. The Learning Management System delivers a dual-function architecture: an e-learning system combined with an integrated online shop, enabling companies to purchase course materials directly - ideal for individual employees or smaller operational units.

The LMS supports course content in CSV, Excel, and PDF formats, as well as instructional videos, manuals, legal compliance documents, questionnaires (including UVV - Unfallverhütungsvorschriften - test modules), and visual training references, all presented in the attendee’s preferred language.

Upon successful completion of training, the system automatically generates and issues digitally signed PDF certificates, personalized for each attendee based on pre-filled personal data.

The LMS merges course management with customizable CRM functionality - a built-in business operational workflow system that manages both internal compliance and the workflow of partner businesses' workforce. Features include:

  1. Single-suite management hub

Tracks attendee’s engagement from initial enrollment through ongoing course participation. It monitors sign-ups, login patterns, and manages role-based permissions across different user types (attendees and operators).

  1. Multi-channel communication platform

Dispatches automated email reminders for upcoming training deadlines, certification renewals, follow-up actions or compliance updates, as well as, an integrated Whatsapp Messaging functionality for added convenience.

  1. Compliance reporting & contract management

Generates audit-ready documentation alongside compliance reports with feedback and digital signatures.

  1. Communication history

Tracks partnered businesses’ sign ups (role permissions) and businesses’ attendees alongside training instruction category listings. Why? Safetyworx365 includes White-Label Partner Management. Partner businesses can deploy the platform under their own branding, enabling them to provide DGUV-compliant safety training directly to their construction workers while maintaining their corporate identity and full control over their workforce data. The system consolidates user data across all partners under a centralized hub for workforce management across all locations or subsidiaries.

  1. Built-in MCQ System with Smart Navigation with an intuitive jump-back feature that automatically guides participants to relevant course sections when answers are incorrect. 

  2. Built-in translation assignment workflow for course-related documents.

Onboarding and training a diverse, often non–German-speaking workforce on occupational safety standards can be overwhelming. To solve this, the platform simplifies the attendee’s journey from the very first step. 

Onboarding: The onboarding process requires only essential information: name, date/place of birth, and email address which is later used to generate a digitally signed training certificate upon course completion. Attendees are invited via email (individually or in bulk via CSV upload), often initiated by the employer who uses the platform as a white-label solution for their internal safety compliance.

Crucially, the onboarding form includes a language selector. When an attendee selects their preferred language, the form reloads instantly in that language, ensuring clarity and accessibility from the start. The entire attendee’s experience from onboarding to dashboard and training content remains in the chosen language. Once logged in, participants see only the training relevant to them, presented through an intuitive, minimal interface designed specifically for non-tech-savvy users. This makes it easy for workers to engage with the content, complete their training, and maintain compliance without IT barriers or translation issues.
