→ We built a custom, local pipeline utilising high-performance open-source LLMs deployed entirely within our own secure, European cloud infrastructure.
→ We benchmarked the models, engineered the prompts, structured the data vectors, and integrated a custom OCR layer (docTR), ensuring absolutely zero data transfer.

Architectural Strategy → Pragmatic Third-Party API Integration
→ We translated vast amounts of DGUV-compliance safety training material into 10 languages. Because training content is completely non-sensitive, building an on-premise model would have been an unnecessary waste of budget.
→ After hitting language limitations with DeepL, we integrated a high-speed OpenAI API pipeline to handle automated, multi-language localisation fluidly.

Architectural Strategy → Asynchronous Asset Orchestration
→ Built for the University of Witten/Herdecke, this system uses the Synthesia Enterprise API to generate specialised psychological patient simulation avatars.
Crucially, this is not an active, real-time LLM session. The AI elements are handled asynchronously. The generated video assets are downloaded, verified, and saved directly onto the university’s own secure servers, preserving complete academic data ownership.
